Leaving BAA

If you leave BAA, don’t worry – you won’t lose the benefits you have built up in the Scheme.

You will have the option to either:

• Leave your benefits in the Scheme until you retire; or
• Transfer your benefits to another approved pension arrangement.

You will be contacted when you leave to explain the options that are available to you and what you need to do (if anything!).

Please note that the right to access your pension at age 50 is no longer available.
