New data protection regulation from 25 May 2018
You will no doubt be aware that the new data protection regulation - General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR – is coming into effect on 25 May 2018. The Trustee holds information about you, and your dependants and potential beneficiaries, which is required to manage the Scheme. Therefore, the Trustee has been working hard over the last few months to ensure the controls and safeguards currently in place meet the requirements of the new regulation.
